They're Adorable

These guys have been my favorite ever since I was little. And their family name is Armidillidiidae?! Awesome! How could you not love them? I stop a lot on hikes when I find them, which usually bugs** (oh the pun, it is so good) my hiking partners a lot.

**These are not true bugs (those're hexapods); they're isopods, which makes me love them even more.

Romance Isn't Dead

Robots and dinosaurs are a love story waiting to happen. When SciFi starts doing romances, I want this to be one of them.

Not the Weekend Ninja!

I feel like I wasted this weekend and I'm willing to blame it all on THE WEEKEND NINJA. This particular evil-doer steals weekends by making you too lazy to do anything but nap and sometimes eat food, ruining all your original awesome weekend plans.

Stupid ninja.

Bacon: It's What's for Delicious

I spent most of the evening helping a housemate move, so as a reward when we were finished I cooked bacon for me and another housemate. Hence, tonight's comic (and my comic self's face of rapture).

Sorry for all those who are offended by images of meat.

Gold Star for Me!

I feel even more grown-up when I actually go out and get groceries, but in the meantime, this sense of accomplishment is pretty good.

(Also, dinner tonight was really good. I was totally a success.)

Something Must Be Done!

At lunch the other day one of my housemates looked at me and said, "Let's talk about your hair right now." I was fresh from cleaning with no hat in sight: ergo, the poofy hedgehog look.

Until tomorrow, friends. (As you can see, still fighting the tablet, but this hand-drawing really does bring me back to my first days of webcomicing...I kinda like it.)

Poor, Dead Chitons

I'm holding a fluffy Tonicella of some kind. Tomorrow I have to go to work so I can finish up part of my data collection. The work might involve me straining my eyes a lot and an update might not happen.

Also, I miss my long(er) hair, at least a little.
